Why are some products unavailable to buy online?

Many of the products featured on our website are bespoke solutions, specifically created to fulfil your unique requirements. Due to the customised nature of these items and the various considerations involved in the planning phase, it's not possible to offer a one-size-fits-all price. Is VAT included in my order?

VAT is not displayed on our product pages and is added at checkout. All delivery charges are included in the web prices.

Can I pay over the phone?

Absolutely! You can pay over the phone however it is important that we cannot accept orders over the phone. We do require an email record of an order confirmation. Please contact our customer service team on 01506 430 309 and they can walk you through the process on paying over the phone.

Do I need an Emtez account to buy online?

There's no need to create an Emtez account to make an order, however creating one will allow you to save your details, store records of previous orders and speed up future orders!
